Who is N&C Construction

N&C is simply us: Steve Nicotra & Chett Cullum. Our last name initials are on the sign, but more importantly, so is our reputation and our commitment to every home we build.

We’re a local, family-owned building company with more than 20 years of experience, specialising in second storey additions and renovations across the Northern Beaches and North Shore.

When you build with N&C, you deal directly with us, the builders. The same guys you meet at the start are the ones on site, managing your project and building your home.
