Mona Vale Project

This Mona Vale renovation involved the construction of a first-floor addition and extensive ground-floor improvements, including a new deck, stairs, and balustrade. The new upper level was designed to provide additional space for the growing family and included a master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, two additional bedrooms, and a family bathroom.

A key aspect of this project was that the homeowners remained living in the house throughout construction. Careful planning and project management ensured the works were completed efficiently while minimising disruption to the family’s daily life.
