Fairlight Project

This Fairlight project involved the construction of a first-floor addition and extensive ground-floor renovations, carefully designed to enhance the home while respecting its existing character. The new upper level included a master bedroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a balcony, providing valuable extra space for the growing family.

A key aspect of this project was ensuring the addition complemented the heritage and Federation-style homes that define the surrounding streetscape. While the new works delivered modern functionality, materials and architectural details were carefully considered to blend seamlessly with the original home and maintain its traditional appearance.

The homeowners remained living in the residence throughout the entire construction process, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption while maintaining progress on site.

The completed project successfully combines contemporary living with timeless design, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality home extensions and renovations that respect the character of established Northern Beaches neighbourhoods while meeting the needs of modern family life.
