Dee Why Project

This Dee Why home renovation and extension involved the construction of a first-floor addition and significant ground-floor improvements, creating a modern and functional family home. The new upper level included a master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a balcony.

On the ground floor, the project included the creation of a new outdoor entertaining area, along with a renovated kitchen and updated living spaces designed to improve the home’s flow, comfort, and connection to outdoor living.

The homeowners remained living in the residence throughout the entire construction process. Careful planning and project management allowed the works to be completed efficiently while minimising disruption to the family’s daily routine.
