Collaroy Plateau Project 4

This Collaroy Plateau home extension involved the construction of a first-floor addition and substantial ground-floor renovations, transforming the home to better suit the needs of a growing family. The new upper level featured a master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, two additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a separate living room, providing valuable extra space and flexibility. Ground-floor works included the construction of a new garage, along with a renovated kitchen and updated living areas designed to improve functionality, comfort, and the overall flow of the home. The family remained living in the residence throughout the entire build. Careful planning, clear communication, and staged construction ensured the project progressed smoothly while minimising disruption to everyday life.
