Collaroy Plateau Project 3

“This Collaroy Plateau renovation and extension was designed to create a more spacious and functional family home while making the most of the existing footprint. The project included the construction of a new first-floor addition featuring a master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, two additional bedrooms, and a family bathroom.

On the ground floor, the home was reconfigured with a new kitchen and upgraded living areas, improving the connection between spaces and creating a more open, modern layout suited to everyday family living.

Throughout the build, the homeowners remained in residence, requiring careful planning and staged construction to ensure the home remained safe and comfortable during the works. The result is a seamless extension that blends with the original home while delivering the additional space and functionality the family required.
