Avalon Beach Project

This Avalon Beach home extension involved the construction of a spacious first-floor addition, creating significant extra living space for a growing family. The new upper level included a master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, three additional bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a living area designed to provide flexibility and comfort for everyday family life.

A key feature of this project was that the homeowners remained living in the residence throughout the entire construction process. Through careful planning, site management, and clear communication, the works were completed while minimising disruption to the family’s daily routine.
